Nick is a very experienced osteopath starting his career in 2009, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation. He has a strong interest in spinal alignment and postural rehabilitation, supporting patients with conditions such as forward head posture, hyperkyphosis and both adolescent idiopathic and adult-onset scoliosis. Nick has undertaken advanced posture and scoliosis-specific training through ISICO and ScoliBalance™, integrating these evidence-based approaches into his care.
Nick’s treatment is practical and progressive — beginning with reducing muscular overload, then improving posture awareness, core stability and functional movement. He uses a combination of osteopathic techniques, muscle energy methods, dry needling and, when appropriate, spinal manipulation, always matched to the patient’s goals and comfort.
Patients value Nick’s calm, steady communication and his ability to make complex problems simple to understand. He focuses on clear, achievable strategies that support long-term improvement rather than quick, temporary fixes.
Outside clinical practice, Nick enjoys Japanese culture, practising kendo with his son, regular strength and cardio training, exploring the outdoors and sharing good coffee. He believes health is built through consistent habits, connection and curiosity — principles that guide the way he supports each patient.
