Kate graduated from RMIT University with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Her passion for helping others live a full, active life—free from pain—is what first drew her to osteopathy. She recognises that every individual is different, and takes the time to thoroughly assess and understand the root cause of each person’s discomfort, with the goal of providing long-lasting results. Kate enjoys the variety and complexity osteopathy brings, and finds great fulfilment in helping her patients feel not only physically better, but also more empowered and informed about their overall health and wellbeing. With a long-standing interest in head, neck and jaw pain, Kate joined the team at More Than Physio to focus her clinical skills in this specialised area. She has undertaken extensive training with Darron Goralsky in The Goralsky Craniomandibular Method™, deepening her knowledge and expertise. Kate’s professional and approachable nature, combined with her refined hands-on skills, make her a valuable addition to the team. Outside the clinic, Kate loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s camping, surfing, scuba diving, or playing with her dog.
