Darron is the principal physiotherapist and director of More Than Physio. Darron completed his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in South Africa in 1993 where he went on to complete his post grad in manipulative therapy. Darron is also a CranioSacral Therapist and has a special interest in managing headaches & jaw pain. Darron's compassionate and holistic approach to treatment is the driving force behind the More Than Physio concept - bringing together a range of mainstream and complimantary therapies to deliver the best possible results for all our patients.
Adrian graduated from Latrobe University school of Physiotherapy in 2005. Since then he has been working in a variety of settings including a sports and spinal clinic, various sporting clubs and rehabilitation departments. Adrian has a keen interest in back pain, sporting injuries, growth related conditions and physical training for seniors. Adrian applies principles of functional rehabilitation to all injuries and is an accredited clinical Pilates instructor. Adrian has a personal interest in strength training and applying rehabilitation principles beyond the Physiotherapy clinic in the gym or as part of a daily exercise regime. Above all else, Adrian enjoys making rehabilitation challenging and fun.
Tanya completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2004. In addition to her experience in private practice, she also has 3 years experience working with sporting clubs such as Old Xaverians F.C, Ajax F.C and the Melbourne Rugby Club. Tanya also worked for 2 years as a Physiotherapist at Peninsula Health, specializing in the rehabilitation arena.Tanya's treatment approach places a strong emphasis on self-management strategies, correction of posture and core stability. Her skills as a manual therapist and clinical Pilates Instructor help her achieve optimum outcomes in rehabilitation of spinal and sporting injuries for her clients.
After completing her Physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, Meghan was employed by a large multi-disciplinary organization working across two of their busy Sports and Spinal practices. With a long personal history and love of sports, Meghan has been actively involved in elite athlete injury management and rehabilitation since 2003; including two years work with a State-level Australian Rules football team, pre-season involvement with the Perth Demons, and one year working with the Future Glory Development Squad. She completed an intensive Pilates Instructor Course in 2005, and has since taught Pilates to everybody from the elite sportsperson to the post-surgical client. After moving to Melbourne in 2007, Meghan completed significant post-graduate education in advanced shoulder rehabilitation, spinal assessment and management and hip & pelvic disorders.

Damien is a graduate from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Throughout his course, he has developed much clinical experience at leading Melbourne public hospitals, private practices as well as community health services. Over the past two and a half years, he has been involved with Old Scotch F.C., where he gained invaluable 'hands-on' experience in dealing with sports injuries and carrying out rehabilitation programs for Under 18's, Reserves and Senior players. Damien has a keen interest in spinal pain, sacroiliac joint disorder and sporting injuries, along with their successful rehabilitation. His treatment approach has a strong focus on educating his clients about their injuries and ensuring they prevent re-occurrence. Originally from Brunei, Damien has been thoroughly enjoying the Melbourne lifestyle for the past six years. Stephen Thomas is our More Than Physio Principal podiatrist. With experience in aged care, pediatrics, sport injury and biomechanics resulting from his work in multiple private practices and aged care facilities, he is perfectly placed to deliver the highest standards in podiatry care to you. Stephen enjoys working with clients of all ages for both sports and non-sports related podiatry issues. As a competitive sportsman who has represented South Australia, Stephen understands the demands placed on today's athletes and the injuries that occur, and has a passion to assist in keeping athletes on the field as much as possible through correct treatment, prevention and education. Stephen is looking forward to working with you to keep you ''a foot a head of the rest''.
Phil completed his Bachelor of Podiatry with honours at LaTrobe University in 2006. Since then he has been working in the private sector in multi disciplinary sports clinics, general podiatry clinics and aged care facilities. In addition Phil has worked closely with a variety of sporting clubs and has experience with all aspects of podiatry from children to aged care, the sporting elite to the weekend warrior. He continues to participate in Australian rules, cricket and cycling, which enables him to keep up to date with the needs of the modern athlete. He has a keen interest in foot and lower limb biomechanics, orthoses prescription, athletic footwear and diabetes. He is committed to not only treatment of conditions, but where possible to prevent and educate so that your optimal performance can be reached.
Having completed a 3-year degree in Musculoskeletal Therapy (Endeavour College of Natural Health) and a 12-month certificate course in Bowen Therapy, Rosa adds another dimension to the proven and effective techniques available at More Than Physio. Rosa utilises a variety of musculoskeletal techniques during her treatment sessions, individually tailored to meet the needs of her clients. Techniques include gentle indirect myofascial release, cupping & dry needling, joint mobilisations, trigger point techniques, remedial & relaxation massage and manual lymphatic drainage. Bowen therapy techniques are used separately during specific Bowen Therapy sessions. Rosa has worked with local football and VFL teams as a Sports Trainer and has a keen interest in injury recovery and prevention, as well as a special interest in the mind-body-spirit connection in relation to pain and pain management. She has a degree in Psychology and is continually adding to her knowledge and skills base . With her vast experience and her strong focus on wellness and self management, Rosa is perfectly suited to devise a specific treatment plan for your individual therapeutic needs.

Emmeline is a fully qualified Classical Homeopath with an Advanced Diploma in Homeopathy. She is registered with the Australian Register of Homeopaths (AROH) and is a member of the Australian Homeopathic Association (AHA). Emmeline is also fully trained in Homeopathic Facial Analysis (HFA) which enhances a practitioner's ability to prescribe homeopathic medicines more accurately and successfully. Emmeline is passionate about Homeopathy and loves how safe, gentle and effective it is for all ages and all conditions. Acute and chronic conditions including sinus problems, allergies such as hay fever, skin conditions, digestive problems, women's and children's health problems all respond well to homeopathy. Emmeline is registered with all major health funds and patients and eligible for private health insurance rebates on consultations.
Luke completed a double Bachelor programme in Human Biology/Western Medical Science and Chinese medicine in 2005 at RMIT. Luke is a fully registered doctor of Chinese medicine (CMRBV) and belongs to the professional bodies ATMS and AACMA. After returning from a medical internship in China (2005) Luke started work with the Geelong football club to manage injuries and maximise sporting potential. Luke has established 2 successful Chinese medicine practices in the Victorian Western district integrating western and eastern medicine (Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage, cupping, lifestyle and dietary advice).
As a past professional swimmer and a sports enthusiast Luke has specific interests in musculoskeletal problems (pain, trauma and movement disorders). Luke spent most of his time in China learning about women's (gynae and fertility) and men's health with years of experience in Mental, digestive and immune function diseases.

Jane is a 2006 graduate of the 5 year RMIT double degree in Chinese Medicine & Human Biology. Jane specialises in women's health and musculoskeletal conditions and is heavily disciplined in wide-scoped practice of 'versatile' acupuncture. She believes that health is all about balance, physically and mentally. Her passion for helping her clients with her skills has taken her to China on several occasions to gain additional specialist clinical experience while working with some of China's most powerful and inspirational doctors of acupuncture and herbal medicine. Janes's experience in private practice includes working as the Solo Doctor of Chinese Medicine onboard two Royal Caribbean cruise ships, treating a wide range of conditions. Jane is a member of Australian Acupuncture Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA), and is registered with Chinese Medicine Registration Board of VIC and with all relevant health funds.
